Sales Specialist – Sustainability

At Stratsys, you will empower customers to simplify their sustainability reporting and make a real impact on their business and the environment. We are expanding our team and are now looking for several Sales Specialists to join our Product Sales Sustainability team, based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg.
At Stratsys we offer a SaaS platform that streamlines compliance in business-critical areas such as ESG, GRC, and quality work for medium to large organizations. Our ESG tools are designed to streamline processes and empowering customers to efficiently align with directives such as CSRD/ESRS and CSDDD.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and prospects, helping them find the appropriate tools to enhance their sustainability initiatives. You will be crucial in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. Your role will involve demonstrating how our solution can revolutionize our clients' sustainability efforts.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌
In this position, you will be responsible for new sales of our sustainability products to mid-sized to large customers, primarily in the private sector.
Amongst other tasks - the responsibilities include;
- Identify, engage, and close new sales opportunities, focusing on how our SaaS solutions can transform businesses' sustainability efforts.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Proactive prospecting and outreach to build a strong sales pipeline while taking ownership of budget, pipeline, and forecasting throughout the sales process.
- Promote Stratsys vision and value proposition through customer meetings, product demos, events, and tailored initiatives.
- Engage with potential customers, build relationships, and create awareness and interest in our products through meetings and dialogue with senior decision-makers.
- Expand and maintain a strong network within the product area and Sustainability field.
- Manage agreements with new customers and offer guidance and support to customers during their purchase journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
We thrive on creating real value for our customers by meeting them where they are. Inbound marketing, social selling, and events are vital in building lasting relationships and driving sales. We use Hubspot as our CRM system and invest heavily in digital sales and marketing events. The role offers great opportunities and freedom to build your own business!
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- University degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or similar.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in a B2B environment and preferably from selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-levels.
- Experience managing longer deal cycles, from initial prospecting to closing the deal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Interest in digitalization and technical systems as well as in the sustainability field, with a willingness to learn how our products can help customers in this area.
- Fluency in Swedish and English. (Norwegian is a bonus).
It's a bonus if you have…
- Experience in the sustainability field (CSRD, CSDDD, GHG, and ESG factors.)
- Experience leading self-driven projects or team responsibilities.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
- Understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Stratsys solutions within accounts.
