Our preferred location for this role is Gothenburg, but candidates based in Stockholm will also be considered.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌
As People Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our leaders and teams across the organization. During this 12-month assignment, you’ll be part of our People team and work closely with managers within your respective departments, providing practical HR support whilst driving development, engagement and wellbeing initiatives. This role is broad, varied, and central to ensuring that our people processes run smoothly and that our leaders have the support they need to succeed. In this role, professionalism and integrity are key: you’ll act as a trusted partner and always strive to create an open, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
Your focus will be to:
- Provide continuous HR support to managers and teams – from day-to-day guidance to more strategic discussions
- Drive and contribute to competence development initiatives and processes, including leadership development
- Take ownership of the work-environment process – leading the health & safety group and ensuring progress of our annual plan
- Take ownership of pulse surveys (Eletive) – from planning and follow-up to turning insights into action
- Lead or collaborate in HR-related projects (for example to our HR-tech stack or Upskill)
- Balance long-term projects with day-to-day HR topics, often managing multiple priorities simultaneously and adapting your approach to different leaders’ needs and experience levels
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar)
- 5 years experience of which 2+ years are experience of broad HR/People work
- Experience in driving and optimizing people-related processes
- Good knowledge in relevant laws, rules and regulations
- Good knowledge in HR tech usage and possibilities
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Skilled in AI tools, digital platforms, and productivity suites like Office 365
- Must be available from mid-January 2026 to February 2027
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience in driving leadership development and confidently engaging groups in workshops or presentations
- HR experience within SaaS or tech
- Experience using digital HR tools (Hailey HR, Eletive, or similar)
