Customer Success Manager - Private Sector

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in either Gothenburg or Stockholm. In this role, you’ll work with private-sector clients, focusing on those with products in GRC and ESG. You’ll manage a wide range of customer relationships and help clients navigate regulatory frameworks like CSRD, NIS2 & DORA while driving value through our platform.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll focus on both our customers and our platform. You’ll be the main contact for small and large clients and take overall responsibility for their success. This role is all about combining platform knowledge with relationship building, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working directly with our platform, staying close to customers, and driving growth. A data-driven approach will help you find ways to improve and create strategic solutions that bring real value to our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌
You’ll have a strategic impact by guiding clients from adoption to expansion—a key factor in our growth. Working closely with Project Managers and Sales Specialists, you’ll ensure clients fully utilize the platform, strengthening loyalty and opening doors for further sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and engagement, working with both senior decision-makers and operational teams.
- Ensure customers achieve their goals and get full value from our platform.
- Assist customers with platform adjustments and improvements.
- Advise customers, raising awareness and interest in our products.
- Develop deep product knowledge to become a trusted advisor for customers.
- Sales responsibility: Collaborate with Sales Specialists to proactively manage sales activities, meet revenue targets, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage personal responsibilities with an individual budget, including a clear sales and budget responsibility.
- Handle negotiations, renewals, and agreements with clients.
- Work with Sales Specialists to analyze product usage, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product utilization.
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or systems science.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Customer Success Manager.
- Experience working with negotiations and customer agreements.
- Strong interest in systems and digitization with experience in handling and learning new systems.
- Fluent in Swedish with excellent English skills.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for industries like banking and finance.
- Experience with GRC, ESG, or CSRD-related processes.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn more about technical solutions.
