This role is perfect for someone who is interested in technology and wants to grow into a Sales Specialist role, with full responsibility for the entire sales process in the future.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in our Product Sales GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team from day one. By finding and creating new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, you’ll directly help the team succeed. This role offers clear opportunities for growth, a supportive environment to learn, and the chance to work in a fast-moving and impactful industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play an important role in helping us grow by finding and booking meetings for the Sales Specialists on your team. You'll work with both new and existing customers, reaching out to warm and cold leads to spark interest in our products from the very first contact.
With tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator, you'll have all the support you need to succeed in your role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Find and connect with new business opportunities in the GRC field.
- Start conversations with potential and current customers who have shown interest in our GRC solutions, making sure to leave a good first impression.
- Build interest with leads by showing the value of our products and adjusting your approach to their needs.
- Join initial demo meetings with senior colleagues to learn more about the products and the sales process.
- Help improve outbound sales and social selling strategies by sharing ideas and working together with other teams.
- Work with your team to create and maintain customer lists that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- A degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- 1–2 years of experience, ideally involving customer interaction or sales.
- A strong interest in sales and a drive to develop within the field.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in pre-sales activities.
- Are familiar with SaaS or B2B sales processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or Information Security (DORA, NIS2, GDPR)
- Have worked with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, or Sales Navigator.
