Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll take full ownership of inbound leads across our full product platform. This means you’ll quickly build a broad understanding of Stratsys’ offering and get the chance to collaborate with several teams across the company. You report directly to the Director of Product Sales and work closely with the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team, where you’ll combine inbound qualification with targeted outbound activities. GRC is one of our strongest growth areas right now, with great interest from both new and existing customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌
You’ll play an important role in handling and qualifying inbound leads across all our product areas. In many cases, you’ll be the first person our prospects speak to. Your job is to qualify interest, explore customer needs, and either book meetings for yourself or hand over the lead to the right Sales Specialist in a structured way. This gives you a unique opportunity to understand the breadth of our platform and learn the buying journey of B2B SaaS.
At the same time, you’ll work outbound towards the GRC area – a segment where we see significant potential and where demand is growing. You’ll reach out to new prospects and existing customers, identify opportunities, and help build long-term interest.
You’ll work closely with both marketing and sales, and be involved in shaping and improving how we do things. You’ll use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator and of course AI to work efficiently and stay relevant.
Your responsibilities include:
- Take full responsibility for qualifying inbound leads across all products
- Drive outbound activities towards the GRC segment, both for new and existing customers
- Build interest and relevance by adjusting your message to the customer’s context
- Run initial conversations and guide leads further into the sales process
- Identify and hand over qualified opportunities to our Sales Specialists
- Collaborate with marketing to evaluate lead quality and plan campaigns
- Share insights to improve inbound and outbound strategies
- Contribute to refining our ICPs and target lists together with the sales team
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Previous work experience that’s helped you build a business mindset and customer focus
- A strong interest in SaaS, tech, and sales
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
Bonus if you have experience from:
- Working in a similar pre-sales or SDR role
- B2B SaaS and an understanding of the customer journey
- GRC-related topics or tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
