Bid Manager (SaaS)
Do you know procurement inside and out and are ready to take the lead in a fast-paced SaaS company? Look no further. We’re searching for a Bid Manager to join us in Stockholm or Gothenburg. You'll be the one who ensures that one of our most business-critical processes runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your mission? To keep our bids on track and moving forward. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, legal, partner teams and other stakeholders to drive the process from initial signals all the way to signed contracts. Sometimes hands-on, sometimes strategic, always in control. You set the structure, ask the right questions, and ensure we win the right business.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌
As Bid Manager, you lead our full bid process from go/no-go decision to final submission. You’ll work on a broad range of bids – from public sector procurement under LOU to complex RFPs from enterprise customers in the private sector. You create structure, drive momentum and make sure every bid reflects high quality. You work closely with the sales team. They drive the commercial side, you own the process. You set timelines, raise the right questions and keep everything on track.
This role is all about collaboration. You collect input from key stakeholders and collaborate across teams, partners, and framework suppliers to ensure smooth delivery. You manage complexity, bring clarity and keep things moving. Once we commit to a bid, you run the project in Loopio, align everyone involved and ensure the final result is complete, compliant and compelling. You follow up on outcomes and feed insights back into the business. You play a key role in helping us win the right deals, and you’re motivated by seeing your work lead to real results.
You lead and coordinate all parts of the bid process from decision to submission, including:
- Developing and driving our overall bid and procurement strategy – ensuring alignment with our offering, target customers, and commercial goals
- Driving structure, clarity, and follow-up across teams
- Monitoring market and procurement trends, as well as public and private sector regulations, to optimize our bids
- Gathering input from key stakeholders and collaborating across teams, partners, and framework suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Taking ownership of Loopio – managing and reusing content, and continuously improving how we use the tool to make our bid process smarter and more efficient
- Identifying and flagging risks in the bid process, and proposing strategies to improve bid design. Taking responsibility for detecting deviations from the product offering, commercial terms, delivery, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Tracking and evaluating the outcomes of procurement processes to ensure continuous learning and ongoing improvement of our bidding strategy and execution
- Contributing to winning more of the right business
- Continuously improving our bid process – identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to ensure smarter, faster, and higher quality bids over time
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- Educational background from either a university or a vocational (YH) program in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience working with bids and complex procurement processes
- Strong understanding of structured bidding, decision points, and stakeholder management
- Practical knowledge of public procurement regulations including LOU
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable using tools to support your work – ideally Loopio or similar
- Fluent in Swedish and English
It is not a requirement but a bonus if you have:
- Experience from a sales role or leadership position within sales – beneficial, especially within SaaS
- Experience working closely with legal teams
- Familiarity with regulations such as CSDDD, NIS2, Åpenhetsloven, etc.
