If this sounds like you, keep reading – we might have your next challenge! We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our Sustainability team in either Gothenburg or Stockholm.

At Stratsys, we offer a SaaS platform that streamlines compliance in business-critical areas such as ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), Strategic and Quality work. Unlike other compliance tools, we go a step further by moving organizations from reporting to action and effectively distributing responsibility internally. Our ESG tools are designed to streamline processes and empowering customers to efficiently align with directives such as CSRD/ESRS and CSDDD.

In this role, your focus will be to onboard ESG customers, train them in using our platform, and configure the solutions tailored to their needs. You will play a key part in ensuring customers adopt and fully utilize our tools, enabling them to streamline their sustainability efforts. Who said compliance can’t be fun?

ABOUT THE ROLE  📌

As a Project Manager in our Sustainability team your main responsibility is to help customers onboard and use our ESG solutions. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders. You will primarily work towards the private sector and our customers are mainly larger organizations where your contact areas span between people at the management and operational level. Your goal is to make sure customers understand the key features of the product so they can work independently and see the value it brings to their organization.

Amongst other tasks - the responsibilities include; 

• Leading onboarding projects for new and existing customers.
• Independently conduct product training for customers, both online and in person, to help customers master the product.
• Configuring the product to match customer needs and processes. This involves hands-on work in our platform, so you’ll need to be comfortable with technical systems and enjoy solving logical challenges.
• Consult the customer on how the products best fit with their processes and how to get full value out of the products.
• Lead and motivate the customer's project team through the implementation.
• Capture and follow up on the customer's further needs within our product offering to contribute to additional sales with our customers.
• Collaborating with internal teams like Customer Success to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer.
  
  

YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️

• A university degree in Business Administration, Systems Science, Sustainability Management, Strategic Procurement, or a similar field.
• Fluency in Swedish and good knowledge of English ( a bonus with Norwegian).
• Some experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, project management, system implementation, or similar positions.
• A genuine interest in sustainability.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working in a SaaS company or with digital systems.

• You have previous experience in the field of sustainability.
• You have experience in supplier assessment.
• You have experience working with CSRD, GHG, and ESG factors.
