Sales Specialist - Governance, Risk & Compliance

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of sales experience who wants to take the next step into a more consultative and strategic B2B sales role. You'll work with both new and existing customers, growing the business by closing new deals and expanding opportunities with current customers. You’ll be working with larger organizations and enterprises where the sales process can be complex and involve multiple stakeholders – but you don’t need to be an expert yet. We’ll help you grow!

ABOUT THE ROLE 📌
As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for bringing in new customers as well as expanding accounts that are already using other products within our platform but have not yet purchased our GRC solution.
Your main tasks will include:
- Finding and engaging new customers, showing them how our SaaS solutions can simplify compliance and risk management.
- Managing the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing deals.
- Expanding business within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships with current customers.
- Building strong relationships with decision-makers in both private and public sector organizations.
- Conducting product demos, presentations, and tailored proposals.
- Negotiating contracts and handling agreements.
- Working closely with marketing, product development, project managers and customer success to create the best experience for our customers.
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- University degree in Business Administration or similar.
- 1 + year with a proven track record in sales, particularly in a B2B environment and preferably from selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-levels.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
- A proactive and curious mindset – you want to develop and take ownership of your sales process.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to learn and develop within SaaS sales. You might have 1–2 years of experience in sales and are now ready to take on a more strategic and relationship-driven role.
Bonus points if you:
- Experience in GRC, information security, or compliance-related solutions.
- Familiarity with regulations like NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
