Key Account Manager - Government (SaaS)

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager located at either our Stockholm or Gothenburg Office.
If you're great at building customer relationships, have a few years of experience from a sales role working with existing accounts and want to work with products that truly make a difference for both our customers and society, then this could be the perfect match for you.
You will be a part of a small but highly energertic and competent team who works with our Government accounts. Even though your team is small you will belong to our larger sales department with a lot of colleagues to learn from. You will from start get existing accounts to work further with in close collaboration with your team.

ABOUT THE ROLE ⭐
As a Key Account Manager, you hold a crucial role with the overall responsibility for several of our existing customers. With your ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships, you will be accountable for developing and implementing a focused strategy to achieve the best possible growth, and results.
Among other tasks, your responsibilities include:
- Work strategically with the business development of your customers using our products and services.
- Proactively and creatively driving sales processes, both digitally and through conversations and meetings
- Navigating through negotiations and ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations
- Advising and guiding the customer, building relationships extensively within the customer's organization to create awareness and interest in our various product areas
- Attaining a deep knowledge of our products and services to become a trusted advisor to clients
- Meet senior decision makers as well as operational employees within the customer's organization
- A large personal responsibility with an own budget
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration or a related field
- You have 2-5 years of sales experience where you have worked with developing existing accounts
- You have an understanding of complex sales methodologies and have preferably worked in the tech or SaaS industry
- Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge in English
It's a bonus if..
- You bring hands-on experience in one of our product domains, such as Sustainability, Information Security, GRC, or the Public Sector
- You possess prior involvement in Public Procurement and Procurement Processes
- You have worked in Hubspot or Dynamics
